🎁 OH SNAP MONTHLY GIVEAWAY – UK & EU TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and countries in the European Union who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate.

Employees of Ohsnap Inc. or Atlantic Access Ltd., their affiliates, partners, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by local law.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, subscribe to our email list using a valid email address during the calendar month. Entrants must remain subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible. Only one entry per person per month will be counted.

4. PRIZE DRAW DETAILS
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month. Drawings occur at the start of each following month.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided within seven (7) days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) business days, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE DETAILS
Each winner will receive a promotional code redeemable for Ohsnap products up to a specified prize value. Codes must be used within 90 days of issue. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

Prizes will be sent by email within two (2) weeks of confirmation of the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, city, and any feedback or photos may be used for promotional purposes by Ohsnap and/or Atlantic Access, in any media globally, without further compensation. You may withdraw consent to this at any time by contacting us.

7. DATA PRIVACY
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing before the prize draw may result in disqualification.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our decision in respect of all matters related to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
