UK Delivery Information 

Order Processing
We process orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm UK time ship same day. Orders after 3 pm ship next business day.

Standard Shipping

• Warehouse: United Kingdom
• Standard: Untracked large letter via postbox (no signature)
• Cost: Free
• Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Legal: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have rights if delivery exceeds 30 days.

Premium Shipping 

• Service: Tracked parcel (signature may be required)
• Cost: Calculated at checkout
• Delivery:
  • UK: 1–2 business days
    
• Processing: Ships same day if ordered before 3 pm

Returns

• Return to UK at customer’s cost
• Refunds processed within 14 working days of receipt.
