OH SNAP – UK & EU WARRANTY

Your Ohsnap product is covered by our warranty.

If your product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it free of charge.


Warranty Coverage – UK & EU Customers

  • Within 1 year: We will replace your product for free, including UK/EU shipping.

If you need a replacement, please email us at uk@ohsnap.com with your order number and description of the issue.


This warranty applies to:
Snap Grips (launched after October 2023), SnapCharge 2.0 and 3.0, SnapStand 2.0, SnapCar 2.0, Snap Grip Wallet (2024 release) and iPhone 15 & 16 model Snap Case (2024 release).


Reseller Purchases
If you bought from an authorised UK or EU reseller, please first check their returns policy. If they are unable to assist, you may submit a warranty claim directly to us at Ohsnap, provided you have proof of purchase showing it was bought new.

Ohsnap is not able to refund purchases made outside of ohsnap.com or from unauthorised third parties.


Limited Warranty Terms
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from an authorised seller is required. The warranty is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, accidental damage or neglect

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs

  • Exposure to extreme conditions

  • Damage to any device attached to the product

  • Products purchased via unauthorised sellers


How to Make a Claim (UK/EU Customers)

  1. Email our support team at uk@ohsnap.com with your order details and issue.

  2. Return the product (return shipping is at your cost).

  3. Evaluation & resolution – If a valid fault is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit within 30 days.


Shipping Costs

  • Return postage, customs duties or VAT on the returned item are your responsibility.

  • Ohsnap covers the cost of shipping your replacement within the UK/EU.


Replacement Conditions

  • We will exchange the item for the same model or equivalent, depending on stock availability.

  • The replacement does not reset the original warranty period – the warranty runs from the original purchase date.


Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under UK or EU law, including the right to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights.


Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied warranties except those required by law.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including device damage or data loss.

  • If liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
